Currency
The currency in Denmark is Danish Kroner (DKK). Banking hours
are 10:00 - 16:00 Monday to Friday. Thursday also 16:00 -
18:00. Banks are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Exchange offices
are available in Copenhagen Kastrup Airport and at Copenhagen
Central Railway station.
Cancellation
Due to the low registration fee and the relatively high costs
of money transfer, the registration fee is not refundable.
However, transfer of the registration fee to another person
is free of charge.
Accompanying persons
Accompanying persons are invited to attend the Welcome reception
on Saturday evening (free) and may register for the subsidized
Congress Dinner. Details of things to do in Odense and day
trips that can be arranged independently will be sent to registered
participants in due course. Accompanying persons do not have
access to lecture halls.
Congress Dinner
The Congress Dinner will be held on Monday 13 October at the
Congress Venue (Restaurant Eurest). Dinner tickets are available
at a subsidized price of DKK 100 and should be booked at the
time of registration.
Please note that the date of the congress dinner is erroneous
in some of the registration forms printed or downloaded before
May 23.
The correct date of the congress dinner is Monday, October
13.
Catering
Tea and coffee will be available during scheduled breaks throughout
the meeting. Lunches are included in the registration fee
and will be available in Restaurant Eurest at the congress
venue. Please indicate your lunch requirements in advance
using the registration form.
Local Transportation
Buses provide transport from the hotels to the Congress venue
in the morning and from the Congress venue to hotels after
end of sessions in the afternoon. Please indicate your transportation
need by using the registration form. A taxi between Odense
City Center and the Congress venue costs about 125 DKK.
